The short version
  • One day covers the Cathedral, Alcázar, Santa Cruz, Plaza de España and a tapas evening.
  • Two to three days adds Triana, the Setas, a flamenco show and slow river time.
  • Build in an afternoon heat break in summer, and keep evenings for tapas and rooftops.

How long do you need?

Two full days is the sweet spot for first-timers: enough for the UNESCO core, Santa Cruz, Triana, a flamenco night and a little wandering. Add a third day for a slower pace or a half-day trip, and a fourth if you want Córdoba or Cádiz by train.
